What is being sold

A purchase permanently claims the specified branded keycap placement and its linked listing on this campaign page. The placement has no renewal date and is not returned to inventory. It is paid advertising space, not an endorsement, investment or transfer of the physical keyboard.

Prices and purchase

• Each available placement has a fixed displayed price.
• Starting Checkout holds the cap for thirty minutes.
• Successful payment activates the placement by default and permanently removes it from public inventory.
• The price shown by the server at Checkout is the final placement price.

Artwork changes

By uploading a logo, the buyer confirms that it has the right to display and reproduce it. If submitted artwork has an ownership, content, legibility or production issue, BrandMyKeycaps will contact the buyer directly and request suitable replacement artwork. The placement remains claimed during that process.

Final sale

Purchases are final and artwork-change requests do not create a right to a refund. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer right or remedy required by applicable law.

Permanent placement

The branded cap does not expire or require renewal. If the keyboard is replaced, BrandMyKeycaps will make reasonable efforts to reproduce the permanent placement on its successor keyboard.

No performance guarantee

The sponsor buys presence on the physical board and campaign page. No level of impressions, clicks, reach, conversion or return on investment is promised.
